“It is really a pleasure to celebrate my good friend Charlie Rose,” said Bloomberg’s Al Hunt at the 2014 NPC Fourth Estate Award Dinner held at The National Press Club. “I am fortunate and have for many years to have Charlie as a really precious friend.”
Rose has hosted Charlie Rose since 1991, an interview show distributed nationally by PBS, and has also co-anchored CBS This Morning since 2012. “But let’s face it,” continued Hunt, “you’re not a kid. It is amazing for someone of his generation to so adapt to modern technology. Charlie tweets – in Morse Code.”
