Miami got the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Swim Week with over 30 international designers showing their latest swimwear collections. (2013, that is)
Even Joan Rivers, a.k.a. “The Fashion Police” didn’t even bother to write about how terribly unfashionable we are in D.C. when she showed up to promote her new book: “I Hate Everyone…Starting with Me.”
It hasn’t been since Olga Orfila, wife of then Secretary General of the OAS Alejandro Orfila, showed up at the signing of The Panama Canal Treaty with President Jimmy Carter in a gravity defying dress that anyone has taken notice.
