Keep the cards and letters coming in folks. Hollywood on the Potomac was not wandering around looking for events for the past few days – or trying to imitate Al Veschi, Peter Doocey or Al Rocker – instead we hunkered down. SO, we have space if you want to send us something………….amusing of course.
Here is an event at the W Hotel.
“Russian Standard Vodka along with Fashion for Paws hosted their 3rd annual Halloween bash benefiting the Washington Humane Society Friday, October 26th. This year’s theme, “Neon Nights” was an ode to all things 80s.
Guests filled the hotel’s coveted rooftop not only in 80s garb, but a slew of other costumes and enjoyed DJ Oz’s all 80s playlist.
The winners of the costume contest, a couple dressed as the characters from the 1989 film, “Weekend at Bernies”, received an overnight stay at the W including a bottle of champagne and breakfast in bed.” BrandLinkDC
