“It’s going to be quite the adventure,” said Art Smith at the re-opening of his Capitol Hill restaurant Art & Soul in the Liaison Hotel…. and he wasn’t talking about The Supreme Court hearings on Gay Marriage. He is, after all, already married – to long time partner Jesus Salgueiro, although they did show up to witness the historic moment.
He is, rather, talking about his upcoming trip with the State Department for The American Chefs Corps – next stop Israel.
