ZooFari is an exotically delicious evening featuring 105 restaurants and vendors serving samples to nearly 4,000 attendees sponsored by Friends of the National Zoo while the inhabitants looked on – well fed before the event we assume.
Top chefs Todd Gray from Equinox, Michel Richard from Central, and Top Chef contestant Mike Isabella from Kapnos were among the restaurants participating in the festivities that included fine wines, entertainment, animal demonstrations and a silent auction, all in the wild setting of the Smithsonian’s National Zoo.
