Hollywood on the Potomac first met Josh Murray on The Red Carpet of “Killing Lincoln,” presented by National Geographic – a film that focuses on the countdown to Lincoln’s assassination rather that the nobility of his life. Tonight, “Killing Lincoln” is up for four EMMY nominations during the 65th Annual ceremony on CBS at 8 PM Eastern time, 5 PM West Coast.

A look back:
Murray was in the area recently for the 168 Film Festival in Virgina so he stopped by to chat about his life as a young Hollywood actor, a life which is surprisingly different than most young actors. He does not participate in the night club scene, he is not in rehab, he is serious about social issues (particularly Veterans issues) and he treats acting like any other business.
