It was a delicious evening of celebration for the 2012 RAMMY Awards, celebrating the best restaurants in the Washington DC region. Spirits were high as awards were doled out for best new restaurant, best beverage program and chef of the year, among others.
Enzo Fargione – Julia Saah – Justin Kraemer of ELISIR
Jeff Black was named Restauranteur of the Year, celebrating huge wins alongside his restaurants Black Jack and BlackSalt. Bourbon Steak grabbed best fine dining and Rasika’s Vikram Sunderam nabbed chef of the year.
