Hands down (no pun intended) Lloyd and Ann Hand are Washington’s favorite couple. They recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and she her 80th birthday. The twosome have been on the DC circuit since coming to Washington where they have made an indelible mark, he as Chief of Protocol under President Johnson and she later as a jewelry designer creating lots of bling for high profile clients.
