The fifth annual FotoWeek DC photography festival celebrated atop The Warner Building which presents the best in fine art photography and photojournalism.
“It’s like Fashion Week for photographers,” said Naltchayan who has been chronicling the Washington social scene for decades.

The events, which are comprised of seminars, lectures, workshops, portfolio reviews, photo book displays, special events and receptions, run from November 9th to the 18th.
FotoDC’s mission is to provide exposure for photographers and to make diverse, high-quality photography accessible to audiences through the exhibition of inspiring and provocative images, dynamic programming, and collaborations with the local and international community.
