It was an evening of fashion, beauty and fun at Nectar Skin Bar in Georgetown Tuesday night where BrandLinkDC feted Public Relations Manager Nick Massella’s campaign for Fashion for Paws.
Massella, who shared that he was looking forward to the friendly competition, is working to raise money for Fashion For Paws, a charity that benefits the Washington Humane Society. “I am so grateful to Nectar Skin Bar for hosting such a fantastic event night which got me even closer to my fundraising goal. We are thrilled that BrandLinkDC’s clients and friends contributed to an amazing auction for such a worthy cause.”

Massella’s fundraising goal is a minimum of $5,000 and 100% of proceeds from the auctioned items are will go to his campaign. All money raised will go to the Fashion for Paws goal of $750,000.
Guests sipped on wine and nibbled on cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake, donated for the event, while they bid on items during the silent auction. Items included blowouts from Drybar, Stila Makeup Packs, Brooks Brother’s Gift Certificates, and stationary and candles from R. Nichols. Fondant on the cupcakes also featured the illustrator’s logo on them, as well.
The three contestants to raise the most money will walk in the Fashion for Paws Fashion Show, held at the National Building Museum next Saturday, April 13. The show will be filmed by Audi and hosted by E! News Anchor Ashlan Gorse.
