MSNBC “Morning Joe” co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough filled the Ballroom of The Mayflower Hotel where guests watched the duo banter back and forth – as they do every weekday morning on the show.
“Women always come up to Mika and they go: “I’ve read your book, I followed every bit of advice, and I got a raise and I know my value now” and they’ll start tearing up and Mika will tear up and they’ll hug, and I realize how I have never accomplished anything of worth in my life,” said Scarborough referring to Mika’s previous book Knowing Your Value.

Also in town for her latest book Obsessed, Brzezinski cited Governor Chris Christie as an example of taking control of your weight – sometimes a life and death situation.
