Mary Margaret and Jack Valenti traveled the corridors of power from The White House to Hollywood and did so with ease and flare.

He was the Harvard educated Special Assistant to President Lyndon Johnson who went on to be President of The Motion Picture Association of America for 38 years.  She was the beautiful, smart and competent Texan – who over the last 15 years has chaired movie benefits that have raised over a million dollars for Woodley House including this year with Les Miserables.  At the time of his death they would have been married almost 45 years.
