We’ll be covering the RNC convention from our desks although our photographer Neshan H. Naltchayan will be on the ground. Right now, he’s stuck somewhere between Orlando and Tampa. After visiting family nearby he boarded Amtrak which was bumped to Tampa because they suspended service due to the storm. Now, we have no idea where he is, but he says it’s a beautiful day.
