Congratulations are in order for Linda Stasi, her first novel The Sixth Station has been nominated by the Mystery Writers of America for the Simon & Schuster Mary Higgins Clark Award and among the top five books of the year and just out in paperback.

Moral of the story?  “Never let them put you down, tell you your book isn’t good enough, the protagonist is too old/too sloppy/too too because she’s a woman and not a man. Keep on going even if it takes you 6 long years of research thru six countries, plus travel with an exorcist priest from the Vatican, getting escorted by a motorcycle gang thru France, driving thru three countries alone, spending every extra dime you have to find what you need, climbing two mountains…and we won’t even talk about the cloistered Belgian nun and the relic with the DNA of Jesus on it,” said Stasi in a Facebook post today.
