Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Aung San Suu Kyi speaks with Vital Voices President and CEO Alyse Nelson. On April 12, 2011, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi was honored by Vital Voices with the Global Trailblazer award at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, herself a past Global Trailblazer honoree, passed the torch to the Burmese political icon.
