Peter Shankman is not a comedian, but he could be. The in your face best-selling author, entrepreneur, speaker, marketing and PR expert works with the largest companies in the world to create “Zombie Loyalists” – the name of his new book due out on January 27th.

Hollywood on the Potomac chatted with Shankman.  The examples of customer service he gave us were funny, but so true.  He told us how to make a fuss so that repeat offenders don’t get away with it citing the airlines. “You’re just pretty miserable, that’s pretty standard for today in the world of air travel.”  So next time you fly and don’t want to end up in seat 64F, take action!
